Site #3 is located on a ridge on top of a hill. This campsite is very spacious and privately located up on a ridge overlooking the bottom property campsites. Be prepared for a short, brisk walk to reach this site, but the view is a sight to see. The giant pine trees will sing you a welcome song if the wind is blowing. At the top of the walk, you will veer to the right and follow the signs to site #3. In addition, there will be a private fire pit to use, if there IS NO fire ban. There will be a sign at the entrance to indicate a fire ban is in place. There is a communal outhouse with a door lock for your use. Please follow the directions listed on the wall inside. A solar shower bag hangs on the outside wall of the outhouse for you to use at your discretion; there is a showerhouse for the use of sites 1 and 2 only. Thank you for refilling the bag with the bucket of water nearby for others to use. If you need more water, you can retrieve more at the bottom campsites; one faucet is behind the shower house, and one down from it. There is also a small cooler for your drinking pleasure on a shelf outside the outhouse. For added security the campground has several surveillance cameras, accessed off site.
